Art therapy and a holiday all in one. In these four days, Ayelet and Ali will take you deep into the beauty of your inner worlds through meditation, colour and collage. And to the outer worlds of the magic of Arillas in Corfu, sharing the beautiful beaches and places we love with you. Art therapy and visual journaling offer a direct and non-judgmental way to access our inner worlds. Through colour, imagery, and writing, emotions, memories, and insights can surface, often beyond what words alone can express. The process itself is deeply enjoyable - playful, freeing, and nourishing, and this sense of joy is an essential part of the healing. The artwork - our Soul Journals - remains as a living record of our inner process, a reminder of a moment when something within us asked to be seen.
