Sex isn’t an obvious or easy route, yet it’ll show you who you are and who you might become. Freedom, love, relationships and intimacy matter and are a big influence on our ability to be happy. And yet none of us have had much education or information about how to do this well.
I was scared too. From tiny steps of intention, with a focus on courage, learning, healing, touch and pleasure, it’s possible to overcome shyness, shame and judgment of yourself and others.

After many life changes, I live in Corfu, where I’m the owner of Mandala House in Arillas, a place for creative expression and collective living, connection and artistry. Bring a project, bring your longing, confusion and tiredness. Let me support you in broadening the variety of what’s possible, to make communication clear and pleasure erotic.
Professionally, I’ve been a practitioner, coach and teacher of Sexological Bodywork since 2014 and have personally explored Tantra and Shadow Healing, roving around the erotic realms in search of creativity, great touch, sensual and energetic expression, and found wonderful people and experiences.
Our time together allows you to discover who you are, who you might become, what you might like to feel, and how to touch. Experimental Intimacy
A new 1- 1 venture for me at my home near Arillas, Corfu. In 5 days we share the house, to learn and feel our way through the realms of touch, consent, intimacy and self-awareness. Drawing on my experiences in creating sensuality, Sexological Bodywork, Wheel of Consent, tantric touch and conscious kink, it’s a unique time to create beauty, consent, creative touch and connection with clear agreements.
Including accommodation, 4 hrs of coaching per day, ongoing consensual conversations and 3 bodywork sessions with handpicked Arillas practitioners and ecstatic dance. When the sun shines there’ll be time for the naked beach.

Corfu Living
I have rooms for rent in an 18th C greek manor house in a quiet village called Magoulades, a few minutes from the beach in the beautiful, spiritual community of Arillas. A nexus point, Mandala House loves to attract interesting people, so come, bring a book or a project, and take refuge in the peace. Or make it a time for art, a wandering or a healing holiday, exploring the special places and people in Arillas within the natural island beauty of Corfu.
Ultimately I hope to turn Mandala House into a writer’s residency. For now welcome to the House of Consent. Let’s live together in sunshine, sensuality and sweet harmony.

Online Mentoring
I listen with unconditional positive regard to your intention for the session, allowing you to feel seen, heard and understood. If you’d like observations, questions or suggestions, I offer those. It’s spacious, emotionally intelligent and pragmatic coaching. No expensive programmes or promises. I’m happy for you to have 1 session or a short series.
I can help with ideas from the Enneagram and The Erotic Mind, we can focus on your purpose, clarity and vision, or client work. You choose what matters to you in the moment. I believe in you and support you. I’ve been a coach and mentor to Sexological Bodyworkers and other practitioners for a decade, so have wide community connections.

Conscious Kink
I’m fascinated by the healing power of conscious kink. How to acknowledge, share and allow your power to emerge as well as how to let go and switch into the service of others. Exploring power dynamics in everyday kink can bring levity, eroticism and depth into our lives. This allows us to stand in the places we try to hide, and to feel grounded in our naughtiness and goodness.
Kink is a place to have a transformative expression of guilt, shame and shadows. What do you need to act out, where can you play in the erotic realms to reveal more of who you are, offering choice and freedom? Whether you want to learn some basics or find creative solutions to what you might perceive as necessary secrets, I’m very curious about the transformation of fixations and helping untangle erotic minds.

Sexological Bodywork
If you’re ready to be a practitioner, The Sexological Bodywork training course prepares you to teach somatic sex education to individuals, couples and groups. It is an experiential training that provides direct somatic learning opportunities that emphasise erotic embodiment. It’s 9 months online with group learning and individual practices including two embodiment weeks.
If you’d like to experience some of the tools of ‘Sex Bod’ that have the greatest effect on your ability and willingness to recognise and feel pleasure, let’s experiment with Bossy Massage, playing the 3-minute game, making embodied requests, expressing limits and working with the Wheel of Consent. Sessions are possible online and in real life.

Space to Write
Budding writers - come and sit still and write with us for 28 days in February 2025. We gather an online group, we write for an hour a day together and individually. We have a word count spreadsheet that dommes us and we focus for a month.
We have prompts from Nath, a safe space to write and without comment. The support of the structure and group help us to form good writing habits in fine company.
