Embodied Intimacy is an invitation to slow down and listen to how intimacy lives in the body — beyond performance, expectation, or fixed roles. We explore intimacy as a living, relational process shaped by dance, movement, sensation, curiosity, boundaries, and choice.
Through guided movement, simple somatic and consent practices, and moments of playful exploration, participants are supported to reconnect with pleasure as something that emerges when we feel safe enough to be present, responsive, and real.
