Join us this Autumn for a delicious writing adventure and unlock your creativity on the magical island of Corfu.

WRITING FROM THE BODY is a powerful methodology that can revolutionise the way you write and relate to yourself!

You will learn potent, innovative tools to find your authentic voice. Tap into the stories of our bodies, release resistance, connect with eros life force energy and write inspired by our discoveries. All of this is in the nourishing, inspiring surroundings of Mandala house and the magical island of Corfu.

What is Included in Writing from the BODY?

  • Five daily live writing sessions in an atmospheric surrounding of the old olive press at Mandala House (10am-2pm)

  • Working with the Writing from the Body methodology in an intimate group of 10 max folks!
    Themes include:
    *Writing from the Senses
    *Writing from the Erotic Body- reclaiming the pleasure body
    *Re-Wilding the Body
    *Body Cartography , Body Metaphors and more


    We will play with automatic/stream of consciousness writing, prompts, and themed writing. You will learn how to set up momentum with writing and drop into flow.

  • Tea, coffee, and light lunch

  • Free afternoons to enjoy the island, including the incredible beach at Arillas- the water is still warm this time of the year!

  • One cosy evening at Mandala house, sharing our writing (no obligation to read!)

  • We will have one evening meal out as a group planned at a gorgeous taverna overlooking the sea - (more meals together if we choose to - please bring cash)

  • Access to the private Whatsapp community group before and afterwards​
